We are đŽđšđš vulnerable to stress. In today’s world, we get stress from đ´đ° đŽđ˘đŻđş directions.

A build-up of stress can cause good people to do bad things. Not to mention its ability to cut our lives short.
The key is to fight back. Whenever you are feeling stressed, don’t ignore it.

Instead of ignoring a stressful day at work, do something about it when you get home. Preferably something constructive. đ
