We are 𝗮𝗹𝗹 vulnerable to stress. In today’s world, we get stress from 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 directions.

It tends to 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘶𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦. That’s not good.

A build-up of stress can cause good people to do bad things. Not to mention its ability to cut our lives short.

The key is to fight back. Whenever you are feeling stressed, don’t ignore it.

Left uncontested, stress will seep into our bones. Even into our cells. It will wreck our bodies and our minds.

Instead of ignoring a stressful day at work, do something about it when you get home. Preferably something constructive. 🙂

There are many positive methods to get ahead of stress. Squeezing is just one possibility.

The important thing is to 𝘥𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 to 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲 it. Letting it accumulate is deadly.
